FAQ

  • After your order is processed, you will receive a USPS tracking number in the shipping confirmation email. To track your shipment you can go to USPS.com and enter your USPS tracking number.

  • Tempie Shoes products are shipped to all 50 states. In addition we ship to Washington, DC; and U.S. territories. During checkout you can select shipping methods that are based on your shipping address. Orders are shipped and delivered by USPS.

  • After your order is processed and you have received a shipping confirmation email, your order has been packaged and brought to the USPS center for shipment. USPS tracking will keep you informed on estimated delivery dates.

  • Usually online orders are shipped within 2 to 5 business days from the day you place the order. However, when we experience busy sales periods, we will try to do our best to ship your order as soon as possible, but we will let you know via email an estimated delivery time.

  • We will be happy to ship orders to customers living in other countries. Please be advised that all international shipments are subject to duties and fees when they arrive and pass through the Customs of a recipient’s country. It is the responsibility of the recipient to pay customs/duty fees since we do not include these fees in the costs of shipment. To learn more about the duties and fees in your country please contact your local customs office because custom duties/fees and taxes are determined, charged and collected by your country’ government. USPS may charge additional minimal handling/brokerage fees for certain international shipments. Tempie Shoes has no control over Customs/Duty fees imposed upon shipment arrival in the recipient’s country.

  • If you need to modify or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Email us your request (don’t forget to include the order number) to customer-care@tempieshoes.com. We will notify you once your request is processed.

  • We accept returns by mail. All shipped merchandise will have a return label included (applicable to US customers) to mail your items back to us. We also request that you fill out a note on the packing slip explaining the reason for your return. In the event that you are not satisfied with your online purchase from Tempieshoes.com, we will accept a return within 20 days of purchase. You may request an exchange, online store credit or a credit card refund. Once your return is received and processed, we will send you a confirmation email for your records. All merchandise you are returning must be in new/unused condition and in the original packaging. We suggest you try your shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid scratching/damaging the soles. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Tempie Shoes reserves the right to refuse any improper returns or damaged/worn items.
